I read all of the reviews but after unpleasant customer service from one of the other "highly rated" Chinese restaurants in the area I decided I would take my chances. I am so glad I did! The fried rice is certainly darker in appearance than I am used to, but in no way burnt. The sweet and spur sauce was served separately from the fried pork, a huge plus in my opinion. This is not a fancy place. Don't go here if you are looking for white tablecloths. But for a strip mall Chinese restaurant it was delicious. And the people working there were very kind and went above and beyond making sure we got everything we needed.
I have tried every Chinese takeout near me and this has always been our favorite! The flavor of the food is everything! We love it!
I see that there are quite a few negative reviews but that was nor my experience. I ordered shrimp fried rice with extra mixed vegetables. Visiting here from Jersey, I have frequented numerous Chinese restaurant over the years and this dish was near perfect to taste and to see. I imagine that it depends on what you order as many of the reviews are about the quality of the food.
Staying in a villa in Davenport and thought we’d order Chinese. 90 order. The food was amazing. A bit pricy compared to Chinese in the UK. But tasted great. Chicken chowmein. Egg fried rice. Honey lemon chicken. Chicken balls. Chicken curry. We did have 1 wrong dish but the one we received was very tasty. Would recommend!
We had a family reunion of 30 people and decided to order from China Taste as it was nearby. My cousin ordered the food. Maybe he gave specific instructions about how he wanted the food made, everything was delicious! The spring roll was crispy outside with lots of stuffing in it. Everyone commented how good the food was. It was not greasy nor too salty. I don’t usually like Chinese takeout but ended up eating two servings. Since there are multiple China Taste take out places in the Greater Orlando area, I am confused about the negative review this place is getting.
Food was good. No explanation on ordering food. So take the time read the menu and get what you like. I got the pepper steak and onion, perfect amount of sauce on it. Pork rice complimented the dish very well mixed with the sauce.
I love eating here, specially their combinations my favorite is the beef and broccoli definitely my favorite spot to grab a bite @ nite
